They think ppl are willing to pay for them because only 36 fams can be formed. So people should be blessed and grateful for that chance that they CAN join this mighty fam.

This is really from the old days (join money...even that was rare "in old days") but back then money was more issue than it's now a days. And as said before - with all those objects they only look greedy and childish. Don't know if their tactic really works, how they came up with this master idea (joke? I hope), how they will use all that cash they have (atm fam bank almost 78 mil). But what it has done - it has put a smile on my face. At least they are funny imo :)

They give you rank, capomoney, they buy bullets. The top might be the top, but the members are the base and the foundation. Kuro top should be ashamed of that bullshit, and their members should just refuse to pay....
