Agreed, he is trying to make it a fair game. But forcing up a way of playing to players by making useless rules and new features all the time, that's not the way to go. Especially if the rules are so vague and you don't seem to be punishing everyone equally, or some not at all. There is a test-server and yet there are things dumped into the game while it doesn't work. If you ask him to clarify or explain stuff, no respond, you need to find out. If you put critic notes to his work, he will become emo. I guess you missed a post he did some time ago on this website under a warreport, showing his full incompetence of leading a game as developer. I am too lazy to find it. It had to do with threaten players with more and more stuff to change their play style.
A good admin doesn't mix into this shit personally and especially doesn't make threats. A good admin makes sure something new only gets into the main game if it works. A good admin fixes bugs so they won't return every version. A good admin prioritises the state of the current game above implementing new features. A good admin can handle critical notes from players, maintain a balance between listening to them and punish them when needed, creating mutual respect. A good admin makes a proper anti-cheat policy with strict and clear rules, not the blurry way it is done now.
I am sure someone can link you to the butthurt post mister KCode did, just to show he ain't doing that great as you claim he does..
