Most of the players just sit and wait and try to provoke the bigger families to endulge a war, so they can flame the attacking party for not finishing their targets or gangbanging or flame the defending side for not acting earlier.
Maybe you should try to add anything to this game yourself, so it gets less boring for you.
As you might have seen the "biggest" families are tied into big webs of bloods, which keeps them safe, but also makes it very hard to plan and predict a decent war.
But im sure the whiners in here care less for politics and never planned a war themselves.
