They were also supposed to add Work Exp Milestones since V5 started xD
But yeah, the new round announcement said improvements had been made to fix the 100% problem.

yeah thats weird... rp milestone take nearly 2 hours until its activated...
bullets nearly 1 hours... i just had no problems with bustout dunno whats going on there but thats really shit u hit 100% and need to wait 30min 2hours for getting this shit...
