Shoot who? Merciless perhaps. Or Pentagram. Succeeded? Might not have, but at least they would have tried something. And killed many more than what they will do now. But they took a chance and it didnt pay off.
And I do agree the game is not what it used to be.
PS. I sell dc´s to get money for bullets. Everyone are free to do the same.

Gotta be a war this weekend. People have had almost 3 weeks time to buy bullets and already a lot of brugs in the game.
Detroit is pretty crowded. Perhaps a war there. Merciless is pretty trigger happy. They might shoot.
Or why not Imperium or Guradians? One of them might want to move up to the first spot.
I dunno who is blood with who tho so dont know which pact is the biggest.
I am, however, ready to bet my left nut that there will be shooting this weekend.
