A lot of people don't sent hp cause they respect them but because they are friends. Moreover most people that make good accounts that deserve respect in your sense (and so hp) do that with cheating. Many members don't even know that their tops are massively cheating, hence in your world mostly cheaters would get hp, because people think wow what a good account he/she have they deserve hp.

It is very common for fams to ask their members to sent hp to the don, that happends almost everywhere. Buying hp is also very widespread in this game, happends a lot in a lot of different fams.

To be honest cant aggree with you sols... it was amazing even the most teams like island irland etc matches were some luck and not skills.. but they fight until the end as a team not like the big teams "england" with all the money taking players without heart! Portugal yeah in group stage they were bad but after that they keep playing and got better after every match even wirhout the world star they could beat france... they deserve it!

I dunno if this was the worse ec but the 2010 wc was realöy worse with all this vuvuzela or what ever this things are xD
