Only Carneglia/Carnage aren't being shot for helping Liberta, the reason for this is: first of all, they only shot like 5 targets, and second, their bloodlist is kinda long, the defenders couldn't find people who weren't blooded with them

but it is not new this kind of action from Liberta! I remember back in 3.0 they shot a sister family Criminalmind, without explanation, still today I'm what was the point of that shooting.
