All the times Anarchy won Hof ( which they did quite a lot the recent year) they had a insane masspact, even a version with 10+ bloods which was really ridiculous. (No one i repeat no other fam created a masspact with 10+ fams), trying to convince people Anarchy is not creating a masspact like they used to do is trying to manipulate the players.
Both sides mass pact. Anarchy has a huge blood list, while Siberia will lower their bloodlist but add more as1' .
