Arguably you can jump in a war because you want to step in for a bloods and perhaps create a ceasefire where Kuro stop shooting Levi and Anda stopped shooting Kuro, where in any case Anda would not be able to take out Kuro and at best they could deal a fair amount of damage and suicide completely. Now from what I hear some of the tactical geniuses here babble you are not allowed to shoot unless you empty and every brug in your family is dead.

Now I'm not sure if Kuro also abstained from further shooting after Anda stopped, if Kuro simply continued then yes I'll agree it was a pointless move by Anda. If they helped their bloods that were under attack by managing to get someone off their back, without directly going down with their entire family. And long term planning well, if you can not expect to take down a stronger anymore straight away then worry about it later.

ps. Suicider fams are lame and generally they never really accomplish much. Even if you don't accomplish much trying something else at least you attempted to be in control of what happened and turn them in your favor where suiciders only control who and when they will suicide on.
