It isn't better offcourse. It is better to kill than be killed though. Since dieing is game over atm. But with the new rebirth system and hopefully a new war system coming soon this'll be different.

not like anarchy pact i think, they are just unbreakable but the other pact will start to kill each other when anarchy is done. But anarchy won't shoot anyone if it wins the war.
