Ah, this one is hard to fact-check, since I don't happen to have daily snapshots based on rp.
By coincidence, I did find some IRC logs showing Zack's RP position as of a couple of days ago:
[2015-09-30T19:02:20+0200] <&wBOT> User: Zack Status: Alive Rank: Mobster #13 (#13 alive) Ontime: 2D 6H 27M 98.99%
So he went up a few spots on page one, but definitely not 2-3 pages in a day.
I'm still awesome.

in the end they cant jump 2-3 page on 1 day if they dont meke bustout :)

This is the part where you explain that it's impossible to rank that fast without busting, yes?
Let's take the guy right above Zack, Leonardo. Best case he's got 10k busts, that's as much rp as 1k crimes.
Let's also take a guess and say that Zack did manual crimes for about 10 hours every day. Manually, you could do a crime every minute and 30 seconds. Lackeys do a crime about once every minute and 45 seconds. That means about 15 seconds saved on every crime.
Now the version is 5 days old, with 10 hours of manualing every day that's 60 * 60 * 10 * 5 = 180,000 seconds. With 90 seconds per manual crime, he'd get a total of 2k crimes done in that time, versus 1.7k with lackeys. That gets him about one third of the way to Leonardo's number of bust. Add to that manual car nicks and you're probably half way there. Additionally, he has somewhere between 2.5 and 5k busts, which accounts for another 25%-50% of the gap. And let's not forget that a lot of busters don't do any b/n for a while at the lower ranks to avoid the b/n limit hitting too early, meaning Zack might have gotten more b/n rp as well.
So yeah, there's that. Do I get some kind of Nobel Prize for Mathematics or something? God I'm awesome.
By the way, I have no idea who any of the people mentioned are.
(Just kidding, I'm probably pactlawyering and stuff.)

The best-known case of FFI is that of Michael Corke, who died after 6 months of total sleep deprivation. As with the clinical experiments on animals, it is very difficult to determine whether lack of sleep is the definitive cause of death in people suffering from FFI. Thus, we cannot conclude that 6 months really is how long you can go without sleep before you die.

Okei has an ontime of 96.43%.
The game has been in this version for 103 hours now, so that means 99,3 hours online. So he only has slept for like 3.7 hours in 4 days and the rest of the time he has been online.
Or multiple people are playing on that acccount or someone really had no sleep for 4 days. Regarding the cheating in this game i choose to believe the first option, although i could be wrong, but that ontime after 4 days is a bit crazy.

Please mind: only gameplay from 3.3 (3.2) onwards count. And there we don't share much with said families. The bit we did faded away quickly.

I'm not playing, I just like to watch people like jarvis throw tantrums. And I have been #1 in rp Jarvis, and to do it I used a script. The first 48h might be 'free to be online' but that doesn't explain the 91-94% ontime. Either they are scripting and/or sharing or they just have absolutely no life outside of barafranca.
Looking at how angry jarvis is, its easy to see what category he fits into.
After all, one crime every 90 seconds is intensive to combine with something else.
But on the other hand, most people will reach a point in their life when they can spend that much time without any issue.
