The family was handed over because the previous Don already had a HOF star, btw. We didn't know about the top killer change until after it was handed over. There's also precedent for this decision, Smul in 4.4, who definitely isn't related to Siberia in any way.

And beacuse SIberia still are alive.. just waith and see, when Siberia getting shot RoM are open Asap .. reset will com tuesday or wednesday next week :]
btw what happens if ROM says NO? it happened earlier?
