That make`s no sense. Low ranks are really unbalanced in this game, that`s happening every version we play. Its not fair for players like them who plays more than 15H a day to achieve something and, in the end to die from a dupe of someone?. Crew really must fix that issue otherwise from their view I don`t see a point to play like that anymore.

You clearly don't know the game, if jail was the only problem with B/N runs the rate success with be close to 100% instead of around 70-75% now. The bigger problem is that they slack by not even trying to buy or sell in some ramdom hours.

The reason behind that is to not make lackeys overpowered. Why should slackey users have an advantage over people who do their b/n manual? Because you are too lazy?
When lackeys where implemented, in version 3.x if i'm not wrong, the porpuse was to fight the mass rank scripts and also redirect the profits from script owners to Omerta HQ itself, at the time and they succeded. For exemple Atremo, Swiff and Ozone got a hard blow in profit and usage after a few versions all of them got closed for the masses. But guess what, lackeys instead of getting removed they got improved even more and kept to be the game's motion until our days giving more profit than ever before despit any relevant changes to the gameplay.
That's lackeys history.
Now you're saying Lackeys are this way to not overpower manual players? Wrong, Lackeys where created to overpower Scripts, and unfurtunaly manual players never kept up to them nor Scripts.
What I give to you is the ideia of a lackey player is in your perpective a manual player, and only by using it they can choose in certain periods of the free time they have, to play manual. But all in all a old fahion manual player is overpowered by far by Lackeys and Scripts.
To conclude, improving those lackeys delays wouln't hurt the manual players in fact would contribute for a cleaner version by giving some real competition to the Scripts who are still active. I'm sure you can find them by checking the online timers of some players, like someone said once to me a Lackey leet have 10% ontime and Script leet 100%.
Still too much to do... but already better than before.

Lackey crimes have a delay between available crime and when the lackey actually does the crime - up to 30 seconds. By doing crimes manually, you can shave off 30 seconds between crimes, giving you the chance to complete a lot more.
Basically, if the crime attempts are important to you, do them manually whenever you can. You'll rank faster.
As for car nicks, I find that doing them manually leads to a smaller success rate.. So they kind of even out between manual and lackey attempts.

Just watch crime timer when busting so that you don't get jailed too close to next crime though. having a lot of busters as friends is necessary ofc. (or buyout money if you're friendless)
I do manual crimes, busts and b/n as much as I can. It is no problem at all.

Fair would be akilling both, dupes and scripters. But since those akills don't happen it's more than fair those scripts getting suicided on by dupes.
