Reranking had no point, the difference in rp between reranker and survivor is to much of an advantage not to mention bullets shot/kills. And thats just the difference between an account, spots and finances are in advatage also of surviver fams and offcourse CD/GF. Only option would be a rankcap and limit the power of bullets shot. That is if you want tot keep this KA in some form.

By 'pact' do you mean a group of families who would shoot for each other? Because that's what bloods do, just not yours, apparently.
There is a reason these families work with each other over families like yours or your bloods. If you can figure out that reason, maybe you'll have success even if you can't hug it out until the end.
