Meaning you can be shot 14 times an hour, but only if you have a clean blood-buy timer.
It does, once you buy blood you can be shot again. So you get shot, 5 minutes later you get shot again (10), then again (15). Then you buy blood right away (45 minute timer kicks in, you can't buy blood until the 60th minute now), you get shot right away again(15) . And then again (20), again (25), again (30).

Rankspots were removed because people would endlessly dupe. I wonder if admins have written down the difference between that scenario and this one where duping is being made easy (and more profitable for the player too) by simply using lackeys. Cause I just can't spot them.
