Well, lets just be honest.
Smul's account was an awesome account he absolutely raped a lot of GF's and CD's and Brugs, I dont know if he even had chief kills. If he did probably only a few.
Kujala's account was an averige acc with (as far as I know) no noticable kills. He at some point when the version was already played thought 'hmmm I'll just get that trohpy' and went killing accounts that could absolutely never harm him in any way.
It's kind of lame and immoral but according to the rules as they were at that time, Kujala's account should have been the winner.
However, Admins (along with everybody else except Justice members I'm guessing ;) thought this was immoral and thus the rules needed to be changed. Admins therefore envoked rule number #10 in the Disclaimer everyone 'signed' upon registering on this game and 'downgraded' your account and according to that rule also don't need to tell you why.
IMO they did the right thing in this case. Everyone has their oppinion ^^

you can't change the rules at end of vote day. you make rules before the version started also system made kujala top killer automaticly but admins changed it. there is really system problems on omerta and players should see all otherwise we are sheeps

I had nothing to do with the change of topkiller in the version. People that spoke with me regarding the situation prior to the change will know that. They also know that I didn't give much of a shit.
The system, if read plainly, was fucked up, yet the amount of info given (nearly none) about who gets the rewards leaves a lot of room for interpretation, is there an algorithm? Are there factors other than just chief+? It doesn't tell. Just like the KA isn't disclosed, maybe this isn't disclosed either.
It was Kujala's right to try and become the top killer. It was the crews right to revise the rules.
Now quit the discussion.
