I had nothing to do with the change of topkiller in the version. People that spoke with me regarding the situation prior to the change will know that. They also know that I didn't give much of a shit.
The system, if read plainly, was fucked up, yet the amount of info given (nearly none) about who gets the rewards leaves a lot of room for interpretation, is there an algorithm? Are there factors other than just chief+? It doesn't tell. Just like the KA isn't disclosed, maybe this isn't disclosed either.

It was Kujala's right to try and become the top killer. It was the crews right to revise the rules.

you can't change the rules at end of vote day. you make rules before the version started also system made kujala top killer automaticly but admins changed it. there is really system problems on omerta and players should see all otherwise we are sheeps

Admins changed rules for becoming top killer. Kujala was abusing old rules by killing many sheep-chiefs from his and bloods fams. According to changed rules Smul became winner.

Using Teamviewer is sharing. Sharing is penalized with a-kill/pillory. But if admins used espionage on their irc servers to track down usage of tm, then we have many reasons to be concerned about.
