Got a request as a buster, can everyone check if their Keaton/Spats/Noodles are running in det? (especially Keaton, he get's in jail a lot :P) More busts for us busters and more rp/money for the rest of you, win/win :) (all busters are in det, high, or low, so lackeys in other city's will not get busted at all most of the time)

They are surely working hard on it. Maybe you should read the newspost on omerta.
But yes, its gonna take longer because they really are changing the fundementals of the KA, instead of doing a small tweak here and there.
It will be better and more fair for active players. Just have some more patience.
