Hah, hope Kcode doesnt take too much notice of idiots like Mars. I have been playing this game since 2004 and from all the devs I have seen come and go only Drunkengamer and now Kcode bothered to inform and engage with players. Really refreshing and the reason I started playing again.
What I wonder is what capo progress means..when I press hand-over on the capo CP it says something like this :
- All your capo stats (Capo money, Capo progress) will be lost.
- All rank obtained on this spot will be lost
Does rank mean the amount of rankpoints me and my capomembers contributed to the family rank or something?

You can get capodecina by having the members in your regime rank for you, apparently. If you hand over your spot, all rank progress is lost, meaning when you own a capo regime again, your progress towards capodecina starts at 0 again.

well how can it be Smooth and Clean if its already crap :s, it should be from start than, so stfu with that talk and only talk when its all finished.

That is not the problem, the plan is already made and everything was thinked about before we even start coding.
Problem at the moment is that we've been fixing other issues around the game, so we make sure everything is stable and no game-breaking bug stays or is created.
So mostly, things are only going live with a huge amount of tests before.
Pretty much, working hard on making this version the best in the last years, smooth and clean. :)
Related to spots, the raid owners will get raided from their pocket, if they are stolen until they reach 0$ or 0% protection their spot is closed or under "bankrupt" or under "out of business".
Both means the spots remains closed by 2 days and the capo can't be capodecina (in case he was, he gets demoted to Bruglione), also the spot doesn't give any profit (since it's closed) and the capo doesn't get capo money/rp.
This is values will accumulate, meaning that per times a capo fails to keep their business up they will get +1 day of spot closed.

Right now, you can't raid any spots owned by "real" fams because of the 12 hour bug (this spot was recently obtained blah blah) (pls correct me if I'm wrong).
My best guess is that's the case because they haven't figured out how to solve this problem (where to take the money from) either xD
I could be totally wrong ofc.

I dont understand the spots.
Lets say there is a spot with 100 million profit..any money that is earned goes straight into the pocket of the owner.
But if he banks all his cash..where does the money come from when someone raids a spot and steals lets say 5 million?

What I wonder is what capo progress means..when I press hand-over on the capo CP it says something like this :
- All your capo stats (Capo money, Capo progress) will be lost.
- All rank obtained on this spot will be lost
Does rank mean the amount of rankpoints me and my capomembers contributed to the family rank or something?
You can get capodecina by having the members in your regime rank for you, apparently. If you hand over your spot, all rank progress is lost, meaning when you own a capo regime again, your progress towards capodecina starts at 0 again.
Members of the regime rank up the regime similar as family rank. Once the capo spot has enough "rank" the capo if over 100% get to be Capodecina.
They probably made this to evade massive handover to exploiting Capodecina ranks during war times.
