While he was running he made 100 Car attempts.
During that time he had to run away 61 times & he was also sent to jail 3 times. He was however successful 36 times
He stole a grand total of 36 cars, but had to sell 35 of them to pay for jail fees.

That's what eliminating CDs does. Now you can have a sister family just to have another CD/GF/FL. Look at marazzino for example. They have like 6 fams? (Marazzino, Rebellions, Bleach, Etna, Untouchables, Steamroller).
