No, It is because the dupe has to be confirmed or proofed to be cheating. It has to has some sort of link with another account on same IP. Something like money transfer, sending/receiving HPs, heist/oc together, any thing you can think of besides friends I believe.
People are allowed to have more than 1 account on same IP address, they just cannot ever have a connection or they will be seen as dupes.

That is why so many dupes are not caught. If you don't link the accounts together somehow, it will not appear as if you are duping.

and manual ranking should be much faster that ranking 6 hours a day manually should get you a brug in 2 weeks orso
and maybe some limitations to the players with less online time than %5, they could only do/buy limited stuff orso maybe

THey can do damage in bf. If you have 3 lackey accounts you have three lackey accounts. Whether they do damage in bf, or are to be sacrificed in 60k shots...
As long as there are dupes and lackeys this ka is fine.

It's fucked up beyond repair and a huge reason versions are getting shorter and shorter.

In my opinion back to 3.0 KA with capodecina's so that when you kill a account its reallly an achievement.

No one is asking for the 3.3 ka. We have however had the same thing for what, five versions in a row now? Something more akin to what we had in 3.2 would be nice for a change, though I admit that this version everyone seems to participate in shooting a fair amount. Changing the ka might spoil something good.
