the hitlister recieved a lot (~1000) of DC's and did not pay her phone company due some error between her and her phone company.
Omerta recieved cash for every single DC who was given out by the phone company. so from Omerta view its no bug. They recieved cash, they are happy.
the only thing i hope for is that the phone company finds out about this error and demands she has to pay for every DC she requested.
would be a paycheck of several thousands of euro's xd
