Righelli Lucchese Provenzano Leviticus Gravano Krays are the ones that have the highest influence on the game, and are also old school fams with a nice history, Memento Tempestuoso and Marazzino may have a long history too, but they are just followers...

Also funny to mention Krays and not fams like Memento, Catania, Cristeria and Illusion. Those fams have been of much more influence on the game. Either way, my point: about half of the 40 fams are 'old' fams. And eventhough they may not be the biggest ones, we'll see what they can do ;)

Old players quit, new players start. And people go their separate ways, which ends up in new fams. Tbh i like the constant changes in the game, though ofcourse its charming with old names popping up here and there.

We had 5 bloods last version, and won't really have more than that this version either. If our bloods blood's gonna be counted in, then that should go for all fams. Your hypocrisy has no limits.
