Yup, that was set by the other Lucchese Top who is just a member. As I said, I refused to recruit people from Lucchese so when I saw it several days ago, I removed it.
Believe what you want, I dont really care. Bottom line: look at the Tops and decide for yourself. Those would be the people in #Monte-Carlo with the ~
