They could atleast tell him they would look into it to fix the bug. Right now brando seems to be more annoyed than thankful someone reporting a bug

Well, Brando was right by saying SS and logs are not a proof. You could give spats 500k, then fire him, and then he collected 17k in some time, and you never see the moment he was fired and returned 500k in the logs.
