They admitted that a couple of versions ago. I am 100% sure.
They have been doing it for ages actually. I remember versions where we just had reset and after 1-2 minutes we saw bids of 300k on DC's.

there is a list of Name Onlinetime Percentage and its obvious that all of those mofos who have more than %85 percentage are the cheaters.
