Didn't anyone tell you the 300 RP limit never worked? You were just fooled by the fact that the 300% RP limit was only a visible limit, but in the database the rankprogress just continued. Admins even admitted the RP Limit never worked.

Agree with you hacker , nice idea . And as i know , in early version , we focus on top brugs only to get down family , not to killing wholle family ... so 3,4 account for don and that is ok .
