No you don't. But, there is no harm in asking the CDTC for that city. There is potential harm in not asking.

I think those families over-estimated the threat that they would be under following the reset. They picked up a lot of members from the smaller families of previous versions. I also think they overestimated the threat they were under at the time of the reset and so they made such bloods and the so called pact you refer to.

I think the families currently at the top would prefer more competition and less sims because war is fun even when you loose.

I also believe that it is finished. But, I do not believe that it has to be.

I am sure that if the families that are not on top at the moment could do something to turn the version around, but they don't they make stupid decisions like pooling all their rankers into one easy to kill family (e.g. Anonymous) and shoot at families as part of their so-called counter that they can not finish off (for example shooting at the HQ of Conflict and Marangello when both have sister families which could have been completely wiped).

In short, the families that are not in 'the pact' are to blame in my eyes, there decisions allows it to continue to be strong.

Of course there are things that could be done to turn the tide and break the pact, but I am not going to disclose what I would do. Because for me, things how they are now are more than fine :D But, I will say this (because I like an interesting and challenging Omerta). Try to think outside the box!

P.S. I have heard the rumours regarding anonymous and other families. Makes sense to shoot before they continue to grow. The noob thing is that those families make it so easy for the (now domintant) families.

I meant other side(s) besides the 'pact'... So I left it opened for more than 2 sides... But never the less we saw that it is 'pact' versus others... Look war sections :) If you exclude Pandora's box, where some of eventual enemies of the 'pack' shot alongside them, everything else has the same pattern :)

I dont think its closed this version, but the attacking side did a fundamental mistake. If you attack that amount of families, bloods will come running to defend them. If attackers had concentrated on Conflict + Vinci the story would be different maybe. Like Liberta+ might stay out of war?

Finally i want t make the point, if you want to break up a strong blood alliance, you must kill the one with most bloods. As many of their bloods are not necessarily friends but shoot together cause like Conflict had many bloods.

You're still making the crucial mistake that there is no defined other side in this version.

Anyway, you can't take away from Quirites-Conflict-Marangello-Vincitori that they have played better, and that is the reason they are where they are at this point... Other side(s) made some crucial mistakes, and that led families to ashes... At this point, Liberta alliance has by far strongest worth plus the best objects... With their moves in last few wars it is proper to say that they are not in the 'pact' (many people like this word, I don't want to know why), but just on the paper... But the version isn't officially over, so lets play it until it is really finished.
