Maybe the gangbang of Venture was the very last moment all non-pact fams together could have done something, instead of settling old scores (hello, Maraz again), and decided to actually help Venture. Anyway, I agree 36 was a too small number of fams. But you have ro remember why the fam. limit was installed in first place. Towards the end of last version (the last month or two), those one man fams start to pop up. Just to get another CDC.
The real error was to remove the CDC Rank for Capos and toward it to Brugs with 0 CM as long as they are Don of a family.
I am not sure how to solve that problem. With lackeys gathering CM has become even easier.
So bringing back CDC for Capos and make it tougher to become CDC in terms of CM (for GF).

I would also raise the required CM for GF rank massively, but I am kinda sure, a lot of people will object to this.


The other - in theory good - idea, behind limited fam spots was, to create competition, if you want to start a sis-fam shoot for the fam spot.

close the pact. It is redundant. It was done because the threat to the fams in the pact felt at threat with reset. It has since grown because of asslickers and bloods.

Families in the pact should shoot at others in the pact that arenot bloods.
