Some ideas I have for improving the game:
1. DO away with RF dictating how many bullets you can buy. Rank decides how many you can shoot, so it should also dictate how many you can buy per hour.
2. Set a hard time limit per day that players can be logged in. There's no way a human being can maintain a 90%+ online time across a week. 75% is more realistic if they have no life outside of the game. So do a forced logoff with a timeout period once a person has been logged in for more than 18 hours in a 24 hour period. To circumvent someone trying to get around this rule by logging out in between crimes, count any login that happens withing 15 minutes of a logout count as one concurrent connection.
3. Reduce the effectiveness of dupes funders by keeping track of accounts that are higher ranked (Swindler+) that are not equipped properly for war (i.e. all of the basics including defense, weapons, bodyguards, etc), distribute 80%+ of their money. Also track accounts that are Swindler+ with a low login rate and a ton of money and get shot. These are solid examples of dupe/funders. I'm sure I'm leaving out more instances.
4. Building off of the league example someone posted, possibly create a true league format. Here's an example:

B. Families that plan to go up must register before the version starts. Once the version starts, fams can go up. They will randomly be put into 'alliances' based on size. Families cannot choose who they get allied with.
C. Wins will be based off of stats like: wars won, kills achieved, total number of alliance members busted out of jail, etc.
D. Wars would become scheduled. Det agencies would not be made available until a war officially starts, and would only be available to the alliances at war.
E. Getting killed in a war doesn't kill off your account. It makes it 'ineligible' to participate any more in the current war.
F. Once a major % of the opposing alliance has been 'killed off', the war ends.
G. There is a 2 week grace period after the war ends before the alliance fights again. This is to allow restock/resupply.

I am probably wrong, but here's what I understand about yesterday:
We were hired on by Akronia yesterday. The attack never came, probably because the plans were leaked. So, our leadership decided not to wait and die. Once we knew they had cancelled the attack, our tops setup a war channel and the rest is history. Mad props to our leaders for not mass pacting and for being willing to shoot, no matter the odds.
Congrats to the pussy pact (Horde definitely defines the word pussy) on ruining another version.

I'm kind of confused why people are jumping all over So. Gravano has been partnered with Anarchy/WH for years. It's almost a given that, when Winterhill plays, Gravano is going to play with them. It's not like Gravano just blooded them for protection, like the Hordes of the world.

The shooting stopped but we knew what was coming eventually just hoped we had enough time to recover a bit for our own fun. RIP all fams that shot with us. RIP Trapezia was nothing personal. To our own members, so proud of the effort we all gave since most of us are just causal players. Most fun I've had in a long time. _o_
Winterhill isn't the problem with this game, they came to win. And will do so. The problem is that nobody else came to win and some didn't even show up to play because they were intimidated by a WH round. So, the few fams that showed up with any capability to do something just blooded into the mess. Families used to play for our own family or maybe close blood line. Now you guys are playing to help bloods of bloods while you get the shaft by another blood before GF/CDC pop up. Admins have made some decent changes that could help extend these rounds, the bulk of players continue to kill it. Congrats shooters. RIP all fallen Tempestuoso \o/ See you all next round

No, winter is an embodiment of everything that is wrong with this game. Rampant TV use, dupe army larger than most other alliances and yet you still feel the need to blood another 1/3 of the remaining families. I'm just shocked that any family that isn't a member of your dog kennel even worries about playing when you guys are around. The time they spend playing that version could be better spent doing something more interesting than boosting your artificial win count... you know, things like scooping elephant dung, starting a worm farm, etc.

About your revive/akill story, we check and approve every akill and revive with multiply crewmembers (including Dot) so errors are excluded. Also this way we prevent corruption.

Sorry dude, but you guys are terrible. You have created a culture in this game where the only way to compete is to cheat.
1. It is physically impossible to have a 80%+ online time through LC. Only way to pull numbers like that is to use TV.
2. You turn a blind eye to the rampant duping within certain families because it makes you a ton of money in DC. It's not financially smart for you to punish them, since you ran off 85% of your active players through your greed.
3. You absolutely stack the deck against those of us who have real lives and refuse to cheat. Have a job? Have a wife and kids? No bullets for you, because you have to race 200 times, without missing a single day, in order to be able to even slightly keep up with the cheaters. Miss a day due to real life? Miss a weekend because you go out of town? There goes a nice chunk of your RF. Then, unless you cheat or dump a ton of money into DCs to sell so that you can buy bullets on Obay, you probably won't have enough bullets for more than 1 shot when the chief war happens.
I can't speak for everyone else on here, but I used to love this game. I put up with #1. I understood why #2 doesn't get fixed. This game is a source of income for you guys. I used to build games for EA, RockYou and several other companies, so I know how it works. I put up with the silly changes here and there. As long as I got to hang out with folks, make new friends and be able to shoot when wars came about, I was willing to play and spend money on DC. #3 was the straw that broke the camel's back for me. It's one thing to allow duping to make some money on the extra DC. It's another to make it damn near impossible for the non-cheaters who have real lives to be able to compete.
Want to fight the cheating and get the real players to come back to your game? Nuke anyone who has an online time of > 75% after Day 3. Someone has shot 400k bullets in a chief war? Check to see if they have bought a bunch of DC. If they have, it may be legit. If not, grep the log for all accounts sending them money and find out who their dupes/funders are. Nuke the whole lot. Eventually, you will balance the game out a little more. As it is, you are dangerously close to having a game that is 95% dupe accounts.

Only way to make it all stop is to not play when WH plays. Take a few weeks off to get drunk/high and wait out each round of WH Sims. Oh, and as my buddy Bryce always likes to do, take some time to go visit the local midget strip club. Those midget strippers are hotties, fo sho.

I dont know a founder who named as suppressor. We even didnt plan something with this guy or his group because he doesnt have one. I also wonder when you rule a family. And if you really insist about we always say we dont have bullets,

Hey Dbag, no matter how many times you speak the lie, everyone knows the truth. Horde always claims to never have bullets.... and always relies on others to shot for them... unless it's cleanup time and their masters have killed off all of the real families.
