No offense but what in earth are you guys talking about? I just did some very scientific calculations on famstats and came to some funny conclusions. You guys complain about the MASSIVE pact that ruins the game and makes it impossible to play for everyone else, here's some simple stats:
Stats AFTER Akills occured:
Pact 1: Siberia + Aeterna + Lusa have a whooping 100 brugliones devided over their 3 families
Pact 2: Purgatory + Vertigo alone already had 104 brugliones.
The difference was not made in size of each pact. It was made in the way you guys blooded. Pact 1 blooded Colossal (#3), Pact 2 blooded Marazzino (#2). Pact 2 got into problems because they and their bloods got akilled for cheating. That caused them to lose Marazzino and Gambino on their side. Also weakening themselves since about 6 Purgatory people got akilled too.
All in all you can say pact 2 was bigger than pact 1, the cheating fucked them over.

Some decent arguments on the matter here. My personal opinion is that the admins are right in condemning these actions. Not everyone has the patience/time/money to maintain multiple accounts and these players are at a disadvantage (myself for example, not that i'm crying about it though :P). It's also true that the playerbase seems to be small and shrinking, somehow supporting these actions.
I agree that activity should be rewarded, but we shouldn't let players that focus on one version be at a worse position than those who can afford to play multiple servers. This hurts the normal players on both versions really, since a select few can grow to have much stronger accounts. This also has the potential to change the conclusion of wars if on one side you can swap money from other versions, giving you the much needed money to survive wars. So in a sense, wars are no longer decided solely on the actions of families in their version but also actions of players on other versions. I think this is bad and takes away the fun and sort of "justice" in the wars.
Trza mentioned closing other versions. This may be somewhat extreme to some players, but I kind of agree. If the game already has such a small playerbase, stretching it across different versions to cater to language issues is nonsense if you ask me. But those servers have grown to have their own beefs, rivalries and bloodships, they are autonomous versions. But then again, how hard can it be to transpose those family and player relationships to .com? Probably not hard.
