Also hilarious that they're pointing out the ratios of wars towards the end of the version. I think every single -first- war that siberia/colossal/younameit started has been with a fairly even or even worse ratio. They just started off 8v1'ing from the very beginning. But clearly we are still the villains :')

Oh i'm not offended, since i'm not the one busting through the night and spending hundreds of euros on this game. The thing is though, everyone is entitled to spend their spare time however they want to. You can have an opinion about that, but it doesn't justify an akill. Cheating on the other hand does, but the crew has created the environment where outranking the competition by a full rank is necessary to survive. Don't really see how your post is relevant to the discussion but nice to see you old friend, whoever you are.

The horrible player mentality aside, maybe it's time for the crew to take some action as well. This exact same thing happened to my family (colossal) last version and i can tell you it's not scripts whatsoever. These two guys beating Bruce to local chief by 20 hours says it all. Little sleep versus no sleep (read: sharing). To do what these two guys did all you need is a buddy to rank with, +- 10 hours of spare time a day and a couple hundred euros.

But why would you do it? There's basically two reasons why people are going completely out of their way to be a rank ahead of everyone else.

Most importantly it's this utterly ridiculous shooting limit that the crew has implemented. Lowranks are safe but as soon as you hit local chief you'll almost certainly get suicided; unless you are a full rank ahead.
The second and less important reason is account strength. I'm not sure how accurate this is but as far as i can tell 1000 busts give 1 point, so you can imagine what 100-150k busts does to your account compared to others.

Two things that i would suggest for you to do KCode, in case you're reading this:
1. Nerf bustouts. For example, remove rp from bustouts after a certain amount (say 20.000) regardless of booze/narcs attempt.
2. Nerf the points you receive from bustouts, for example 5k=1 rather than 1k=1.

I've seen people drop the argument "just because you can't bust, you whine about it" in here. Well, bustouts should give a certain edge compared to people that don't bust, but it needs to be a little more balanced. Also I'm not sure whether it would actually work, and there's still a lot more work to be done.. but it's a start, just my $0,02.

Let met correct you on that post, friend. First of all Conflict is not CCCE, it's a merge of 2 families within that group. CCCE ceased to exist long before Affinitas became a thing. You probably read some names on here or you remember them from 10 years ago, but they're not related to each other in the way you claim they are. Yes, Conflict and Vincitori made a deal back in the day, but you're overlooking the fact that both of their sides had become significantly smaller by then.

Either way, I don't think any of this is relevant for the current discussion. Back then if two pacts worked together that would be considered lame by the majority, but you're forgetting that there were 4-5-6 other alliances as well. Even if Conflict+ and Vincitori+ worked together that equaled maybe 30-40% of the player base. You're also forgetting to mention that reranking was a thing back then. You could easily rank up again and hit the family that killed you.

Let's face it: what Anarchy/Comissio did is just utterly disgusting and can -by no means- be compared to any pact that Conflict, Vincitori, Vaffanculo or even Siberia and Aeterna have made to date. Nowadays there's two sides, the biggest one usually wins. At least Aeterna and Siberia had the dignity not to blood 60% of the active players in the game. Just stop trying to cover it up with irrelevant stories about the past, what we saw this version is pacting to a new extent. And i'm sure that it's going to backfire on you next version, as there will be very little enemies left for you to kill.

Colossal account sharing with Siberia, seems legit right? I'm not going to write a long rant or bother trying to prove that the akills were unfair, because here on Omerta Beyond people will just give you shit for it. Believe what you want, I know Bruce, Amat, Crackajack and our friend Kriemhild are legit players.

Cut down on the drugs a bit man..

Right now i'm beyond the point where I intend to find out who suicided on my 3 highest rankers (Colossal, fyi) and seek revenge. It's been happening to us in every single version we have been up so far, but this version it seems like every family is being targeted and it's utterly ridiculous.

More than the actual suiciders, I believe that the crew is responsible for all this because they allow it. If you want to weaken an enemy, you give a dc or two to an inactive player and have him suicide at them. It's legal because their policy is to only revive accounts killed by cheaters, which they're not. Meanwhile the active players, mostly top 20 overall on page 1 accounts, the ones keeping the company running with their significant DC investments are being punished by this glitch.

What also bothers me is the crew's feedback system. Since the resets are usually on thursday/friday families will go up in the weekend of the following week. If your top ranker gets suicided on, not only will you lose the account itself but also the money invested in the don spot, which is a major setback. But since the crew doesn't give a fuck about their company during the weekend, and a valuable 'customer' will get some kind of automated response to their e-mail and a denied request for a revive on monday. By then the advantage that comes with having one or more first page rankers will be long gone.

Worst of all is that a solution to all of the above already exists; a bullet limit. It's implemented in Omerta v5 that is currently already live on both .dm and .tr. God knows why the 2 biggest versions, nl/com, aren't updated to this new version yet. Probably comes with these 2 versions being managed by a different crew member.

So yea.. long story short I think the crew needs to change their attitude towards their players and customers, the few that's left keeping their company up and running. But after all these years, I should know better than that.
