Actually ever since 3.0 the attack bgs increased your survivability when shooting , but what i find weird is how in all other wars even with attack bgs u suffered great backfire and now suddenly in last few wars none does any bf kills , guess everyone became smart all of a sudden

in turkey we use dinamic ip which mean all of ours ips change when we turn off our modems.
In my country too but i went there and explained after i got punished once for "dupe" due to having same IP with a guy in my city , its best you don't do any transfers at all .
But hey theres a bright side of all this , they can't ban you in omerta \o/
