i had made the shooting list in that war and i offered anda 12-13 brugs but they negotiated for it and shot 8.
but they couldnt shoot at once,they waited for them to become online.
so if they shoot 13 Kurosawa samurais,they supposed to be offered BF or Roulie.and i dont blame anda for anything coz they are alone and they have to be careful,its normal imo.

It is normal to expect more shooting if we are talking about a fam who is on top3 , i would agree with you and say its not their fault but only if that was the first time they are doing it , its second version and same story of inactiveness

when they "hired" on vinci he chose their seventh with rank target (triggerz) if im not wrong , then when they shot us he waited till yagami did like 4 bf kills and got shot a bit more then shot him 3 mins AFTER he took a shot from a brug , so in that PLANNED war against gravano that was his only shot for the night as a high ranked loaded GF .

haha the first version sounded so weird :')
my brug acc died 6 days ago i started again from soldier rank. and only hired lackeys, i opened my acc only twice times to rehire lackeys in this 6 days and now i am almost lc. probably will promte to brug in 10 days. and will have enough money to buy full bgs with the money gained from lackeys. the main point of the game was to kill others and if you stayed alive in big wars you would have really really good advantages to win the version. now involving to big wars is really pointless. even if you kill a fam's or alliance's every member even if you kill their emptysuits they can be as strong as the time you shot them in 15 20 days. and because you need this 15 20 days period too to buy back the bullets you fired etc. so you will nearly be the same level with them.
Thats the point..no reset. Atleast from admins POV.
Its pathetic but we have to live with it.
We said that 2 in 3.0 when wars couldn't be finished because of robs and rankspots but after a year it was over.... so I wouldn't say no reset but it will take long thats for sure
In in 3.0 we had CDs wiht 1000%+ , so it was easier to stop a fam from comming back, now with the 300% cap is different
