At 21:20 OT atleast 5 fams attacked Gravano. The first wave weren't to successful as they only managed to kill 4 targets while loosing 3 shooters ( Including a Godfather )
Time will tell if Gravano's bloods will jump in, but looking at the previous wars where Gravano has been shot this version we can look forward to a proper war again.
So far its not going so well for Gravano, as they are loosing brugs rapidly.
Update 14-05:
The next evening, with Gravano heavily weakened, Vincitori and Liberta jumped in in an organized counter, targetting Gambino.
After the new attack on Gambino, Spamfam + Leviticus jumped in and is shooting at Vincitori.
Liberta jumped in and is shooting at Gambino
Presidential, Caliente, Catania, Firenze and Carneglia also jumped in and is helping Gravano.
Turkuz+ also joined in again.

Its not 13 vs 1. Gravano has bloods, to go 1 vs1 is stupid, you might call it honourable, but that doesnt help much when their bloods kill you.
To compare with early versions is bad too, as wars back then may be over in 10 minutes, need more bullets here.
But I agree partly with you, it doesnt give any honour to attacking side, but I dont see how they are less honourable after the war either.

I 100% agree with you that this 'having balls' and 'being honorable' is ridiculous. I've been saying it since the beginning. It's a prevalent theme in online communities. People try to tough talk about 'having balls' or calling someone else a 'pussy' because online is the chance to do it. It's online that you can hold people to standards you don't (and realistically wouldnt) embody yourself in real life. I've said it once, I'll say it a thousand times, attacking with numbers is strategic. And I can tell you 'Anonymous' that old school tops understand this concept just as well as anyone else. Without numbers in the more recent versions you flounder.
The game has become corrupted by these pacts with 40 fams involved. I do yearn for simpler times where conflicts COULD involve fewer numbers of fams because Families had 1. An Alliance, 2. Bloods, and 3. Allies. Alliance was essentially sister fams, bloods were close fellow fams, and allies were fams that were vaguely connected. This bullshit about being 'obligated to intervene' didnt exist because if a fam was to survive, they chose their bloods super carefully, as the fall of one would mean the fall of all. It isn't like that anymore. Now for many fams having a blood is like saying 'i may intervene on this families behalf if I stand to gain... otherwise, adios muchachos.' Tops nowadays will blood any tom, dick or harry, and if they die, they just move on. It's just how the game has evolved.
