That works if you play with the same group of people for 15 year, and even then akills can occur from people you don't know are cheating. If you're a recruiting family these kinds of rules don't make sense. In general for the game there are a lot of rules in place that already make recruitment difficult or impossible which isn't good if you want to attract new players.
We've had to show between 50/100 people the door last version because of the ynkyll-rules already. Doubt they found another fam and if they didn't I doubt they're still playing now.
