I was just explaining the intention, but I agree. I don't think it's so dramatical as he explains it, but yeah, the lower ranks are more blurred together and you just fly through them without much going on.

One of them even get RP taken for being online to much...didnt go log of on mobile and its look like he is online constantly, and he didnt was in top 500, but top 10 ranks with online 80% didnt get ban or taken RP...so nice move from admin to bring new people. It's part of the problem I reckon. There isn't much to play for except shooting for hof. Objects don't really matter in the grand scheme of things, there are players on 3 mil bullets or over that couldn't manage an object to save their live.
Ranking isn't fun or rewarding. Collecting milestones is semi-fun, but it get's to be enraging/demotivating when you lose half your milestones during the night. Or worse yet, you collect them all but get shot down in the very first war you enter by someone who put in a tenth of the effort but managed to stay alive up until then.
The end-game has a whole set of problems in and of itself and has spurred on massive pacting and gay-ass strategies to win the game.
The only reason I reckon 80% of the game still plays this is because of the friends they made and because whatever whatsapp group or irc channel you're on is just much more active and fun when you all play. A sort of shared misery that bonds you over this horror-show of a game.

I remember in the "good old days" fams like leviticus, righelli and a bunch of others working together to kill the big pact(Marang, conflict, anarchy, gravano etc.) after which they broke up in smaller sides again and started fighting eachother.

First of i wanna thank our members for the great version we had, Their effort is respected big time _o_ we didn't expect to grow this big nor come this far in this version we just wanted to have some fun, I think we accomplished our mission on that.
for me personally it was great to see old friends again (2.1) and meet alot of new ones.
I am proud to say we have followed our own path as a new family and not rely on any of the big pacted fams for our safety i barely spend any money on my account yet made it into the top #20 overall so its possible people just put in the effort :^ (and make sure you have a great family that helps you getting there instead of playing solely for themself ;))

Cause everyone has to play according to a certain meta offcourse. The one that's pretty much destroyed the game.
For another example when Penta fucked Kapow's kebab fam in a hour they are all runned to Reganto. Why it isn't counted sister fam? Kapowsky still in Reganto. :DDD
