Well If I'm right a lot of these players are from turkey,and they need to stay up 1 to 2 hours later than people in western europe and even up to 10 hours to make sure all americans are asleep, so in that way it's the most bad position to live when you're playing .com
but that counts the other way as well, only to surprise people from western europe or from america when you live in Turkey you need to war early, and that's not very effective mostly as people need to work

Yes, but people run to other fams and you end up with more politics than needed. Not saying it isn't advantageous in some ways, but other ways it gets tricky.
