statements
Obay:
- You can only buy X bullets per day, where X is the amount of bullets you bought from local bulletfactory the previous day. You will be able to keep track of your bought bullets at the My account page.
Jail:
- You will enter federal prison where buyout and jailtime is much higher (10x the normal price/time) and you can't be busted by other players after your first bust out attempts failed
- Everytime you reach your max. failed bust outs the limit will increase 10% after a 24h cooldown to restart
KA:
- Active accounts are harder to kill overall
- Shooting or getting shot in your family home city will give you even more attack boost (backfire in case of being shot)
Lottery:
- Every 10 tickets will double up the cost of the following ones
Family:
- HQs are now limited to 75 members total,
- A family can only own 5 spots
- Capo regimes are limited to 15 people (14 members + 1 capo.)
- Regimes no longer have capo successors (if capo dies, all members go famless & spot is lost)
Bulletfactories:
- Prices are back to the old prices (local bullet factories will have prices between 300$ and 1000$) (system of supply/demand remains the same)
Lackeys:
- Only active accounts can hire Sluggs
Scratch and Win:
- Min requirements for S&W are: Pickpocket or 500 bust outs
City Spots Tax:
- If spots are bankrupt, the tax will go to Local Mob instead of having no tax
- You can only buy X bullets per day, where X is the amount of bullets you bought from local bulletfactory the previous day. You will be able to keep track of your bought bullets at the My account page.

Made some calculations as being a ES buster this version and was curious about your opinion...
Before the 24 hour reset my stats were: 502 tries, 98 busts.. Let's round it up to 500 tries/100 busts.
Now let's do the math:
500-100=400 failed attempts
400-100 regulier busts before federal prison = 300 failed busts in federal prison
300 x 1,5 avarage jail time = 450 min = 7,5 hours of jail time
Do you think 7,5 hours of jail time equals 300 BO attempts?
Let's spice up some things:
Friend of mine had 99 BO attempts himself (let's round that up to 100).
Avarage of 1 out 5, same as mine, actually succeeds = 20.
He let his lackeys including keaton do the job till 09:00 OT.
Now he said his BO rate was 133/99 ?!!
Is he extremly lucky or how does this work?

Nope, he didn't do it (that's what he said).
