that comparison about siberia is absurd. there was like 20 fams this version and almost half of them was outfit itself and its as1s sisters cousins and every kind of cognates. Siberia never did that. You guys worked on some awesome cool new lay-out including a total new family system, I never seen this system work as it originally meant to work. Or was it always the goal to finish with 5-6 families, merge, start the timer and win? As far as I see, this system is based on rival families fighting and try to close a city alone when they feel the opportunity it might succeed. Not just talk for weeks or even decide who will win before the families are up.

Besides the capodecina/godfather requirements, which used to be useful before people started to war before plating(worked great to lengthen the version did it?), why fix this new family system? It only worked if there was a proper policy on increasing the playerbase and maintain the current one. That didn't happen and now we are screwed with a system that totally doesn't work because people lack intelligence to try to win alone. Instead, you start deciding who deserves HOF or not based on a percentage of players on 1 side. Just remove that total HOF and make people play with the game mechanics as they are built for.

And for the players that are left. Try to play the game how it should be played. Make rivals, make enemies, even if they are friends. I'm still waiting for a solo win, but seen this current mass gangbang mentality that won't happen. And there is none else to blame for except players.

Not advice, not “encouraging” this situation but if this pact playerbase has no threats next round, maybe there ecred virtual text lives will fall apart influencing mass suicides in reality.
