Congratulations to the Outfit family to start the first family of omerta round 13.
Howl (ingame) AKA RasNu (IRC) managed to beat the other rankers and reach Local Chief first and starting Outfit in Chicago.

Just a reminder what changed this round:
Kill change
Fixed a bug where buying till 99% of health would not remove you from hospital
Bodyguards
Joe special no longer has specials. To compensate that, values for out-of-jail time on Joe special were multiplied by 3.
Scratch&Win
Remove 5000$ prize
Race
We fixed some race bug and improved the race page to make it easier to start a race!
