Good news! .com and .nl are getting updated with the coming versions. The devs are starting with Casinos:
Note: The linked wiki contains a lot of information specific to .dm and other v5 versions. Only the Casino updates are coming to .com and .nl next version. .com and .nl will not be upgraded to v5 next version.

Sorry, we are still updating the wiki and I am checking what information is missing.
The casinos are not about "48h" or "first X rank", instead to take the first casinos you will have to gamble your way to bankruptcy of the respective casino, Local Mob has a bank of $1,000,000 and it will reset the profit back to $0 every time it hits $5,000,000.
This way, families should organize to gamble the respective casino back to $-1M and take it. It's not as simple as fast ranking or first registering (those are not fair restrictions).

It's quite the risk, being Don of a top family and owning several profitable casino spots will be the equivalent of juggling knives while crossing the niagara falls on a thin wire.

The version lasts too few for the new system to work, there is a big % of time where casinos are held by Local Mob and not playable at all, so we've decided to adapt it to respect the current way of the game.
