Cartagena heard rumours that they would get attacked tonight, after finding Persico and Outlawz soldiers in Cartagena's hometown they decided to strike first.
Persico and Outlawz started their war just minutes after.
Gambino started shooting Outlawz.
Trafficante and Krays found their tommy guns and started shooting Cartagena.
Persico shot at Siberia also.
Prophecy started shooting krays, and later on turned their focus on Gambino
Early on the next day, Illuanna opened fire on Cartagena.
Later on Cartagena decides to shoot at Prophecy

Nothing has changed. There's always a couple of rebirths that end up pretty high. Mostly those are accounts that died pretty early in the first war or due to suicides. That only works when your family survives with reasonable numbers. Bringing back rerank families has been proven to be an useless exercise. So reranking is only beneficial for a small number of players either way.
