The Vuelta family is getting hit, while there are some strong assumptions/rumors on who is behind the strike we will wait until we have solid evidence about this matter.
Update:
According to witness statements the Calieri family is responsible for the deaths of several Vuelta mobsters - the choice to strike once the streets are empty and dark is becoming more popular again lately.
As Calieri was shooting at Vuelta, the Ottoman family hired on Calieri to help Vuelta.
However, Calieri was aware of this and already had their detectives on Ottoman aswell, after a rather quick wave the Ottoman family is no more.
After Ottoman, the Vuelta family is no more.
