Instead of going somewhere else for a ranking program, Omerta Ltd is now offering to do it for you. Cheaper credits, no fear of being adminkilled, and Omerta Ltd makes money out of it! Only downside, every action costs a credit, regarless whether there are codes or not. 500 credits are given to all DM players to test some Lackeys out.
Every crime, car or busts costs one credit, and every try on booze and narcs costs two. The story goes that for every DC used for those credits, you get 3000, but not just DCs with real money are valid, but also the ones from Obay will do, which will probably result in a increase of the marketprice on Obay.
Spats does the crimes. 1 crime in every 80 to 90 seconds. The rankprogress is added to your account immediately. Once he runs out of the credits assigned to him, you get the money too. (On Deathmatch this is considerably less than you would have made on your own).
Noodles is the car guy. He does his thing in about every five and a half minutes. From the 'testers' results, no rankprogress is added at all, but carnick attempts are still added to the Work experience on the status page. From the results, the amount of cars stolen is really high, averaging between 7 out of 10 and 10 out of 10 cars stolen. But on the downside, several cars are taken away from that amount to get him out of jail. On a rare occasion, all cars are taken away from him. This still leaves the average person using Noodles with a higher amount of cars than he or she would manually, although no rankprogress is added. After half a day, Drunkengamer states that this is indeed a bug, and it will be looked at.
A script wouldn't be complete without a busting function, and Keaton is supposedly the guy to go to. But it is not sure what he exactly does. His credits go down very slowly, for example 5 credits in 3 hours, so it looks as if he is not busting like other scripts, but he's busting your other Lackeys out of jail. Which would result in them paying less in jail fees, which in turn would give you higher profits on their activities. Drunkengamer also confirmed this, Keaton is not supposed to bust actual players out, just your own lackeys.
After two days of Lackey-testing, instead of setting them to work for 'x' amount of credits, you now set them on time, which shows that Lackeys do indeed have a severe interval between their actions, as Noodles does 11 carnicks per hour, a manual ranker could have made 12.
But unfortunately, developers feel that Noodles stole too much cars in his attempts (regardless of the fact he usually sells half for that one time he is in jail), so he has been taken offline for the time being.
The four other Lackeys (of which the drug and booze running O'Rourke and Freekowtski are already displayed) are unavailable for the time being, but hopefully will be able to be tested and reviewed by us in the next day or so.

So, if you are lucky on the b/n ( as I dunno if they take credits if you fail ) you will use 60-70 credits per hour. Means a DC will last 15-16h ( one day if you go hard ) Sounds rather expensive to me.

I understand that part, but knowing the admins, they may even charge the credits per unit. For instance, an assassin can carry 40 booze and 13 narcs. I wonder if they are going to charge 4 credits to buy those, or 106 (53 * 2).
LL at 22:40:56 on 02/03:
2 credits for narcs, 2 credits for booze, as there are separate Lackeys for either task, making it 4. A script does this with 1 credit, or 0 if you don't have codes.

But we don't know what the b/n lackeys will do: do they charge 2 credits to buy full booze, or also narcs included? Or will they charge 2 credits per every unit they can buy? I assume it will be the later, knowing the admins, which will make this "solution" even more expensive compared to scripts.

That's understatement for fail.
Even using at least 8 (!!!) credits for hourly b/n, scripts are still much more affordable... They gotta make their offer better. And hope they will.
