Well, then according to your logic football players are well paid slaves, too.
I wouldn't like somebody approaching members from my fam to join somebody else's fam, too.
But same goes for Mourinho or Ferguson when other clubs offer their players a contract at another club.
Ultimately it's the players decission where they want to play, but the tops from the other fam should not surprised if somebody tells them, to "fuck off and leave my players alone" or if that poaching fam gets shot.
And personally I find it poor style, to actively try to lure players away from other fams. If those players from anonymous went to lavish and ask for an invitation, then it's a different story.
