After last night's events of Retro shooting on Presidential, Hangover has to feel the consequences of their former sister family's actions. They are getting shot by (among others) Quirites, Marangello and Conflict.

Vinci uses "version bloods" for their purpose, and sell them when they dont't need them anymore. They just wait to sell them until there is a reason. This wasn't just 3.2, they did same thing for versions
