It is no big secret that this version is soon to be reset, but what to expect from next version is usually a bigger secret, since admins often send mixed signals/messages, when announcing changes for upcoming versions.
This time an insider has been so imprudent to share some of the planned changes to a friend of ours, so we thought we better share it with you.
Changes for the coming version:
- Rewritten Kill Alogrithm. The KA will get rewritten from the ground and up to make it easier for admins to tweak it fast, when needed.
- DC to unlock poker every month. According to our info, this should be implemented to even out the game, so smaller families won't have a lot of members losing their money instead of buying bullets.
- GF CM amount has gone up to 50 mio. It was to easy to make sisterfamilies to have more GFs in this version, so the GF CM amount has been raised to 50 mio. to make it a harder task to acchieve the rank of GF. Furthermore then with the CM from lackeys it was way to easy to reach the CM needed for GF.
- DC+ member to hold a casino object. Barafranca LTD. only wants active players to run casinos, which - with their weird logic[red.] - typically would be players who are Donating + Members.
- New family tax. Due to lackeys earning more money to families, there will come a family tax of 10% of the fambank at the daily refresh time to keep the money balanced.
- Pay for kill skill. This version it was too difficult to gain kill skill, since you had to spend a lot of money on bullets, bodyguards and detectives. To even it more out, players will be able to hire an old crook, who will train your Kill Skill. Right now they are working with a price of $15 mio. for 10% KS, but the exact price is not 100% settled atm..
- Lackeys will rank slower than manual players. Admins want to give the manual players an opportunity to compete, so the speed of lackeys will be slowed down.
- Fam. limit will be raised to 50 families. Admins have realised that it was too easy to get an overview of the competition with this low amount of families, hence the game got locked to fast. To prevent this in the next version, more families will be allowed again.
- DCs bought on obay will only give 2500 lackey credits. One of the versionmanagers had suggested this throughout this version, since people simply stopped being active with lackey credits. If they have to either pay twice the price or pay rl money, then they might spend more time ranking themselves and the game will become more alive.
- Real player BG for don. The don can appoint another real player to be his/her bodyguard once every 24h. This player has to be killed, before it will be possible to take a shot at the don. When the player is killed, the don can't appoint a new real player bodyguard untill the next 24h update has passed.
- Kill Lackey. We haven't got any specific info on the coming Kill lackey, but according to our source, then the devs. are working on a mystic kill lackey which should make it possible to continue to fight wars, when going to bed, so players who have to get up and go to work can participate as well in latenight wars.
So all in all it seems like next version will be a bit different from this one....

There's no need to raise CM for GF to 50m since lackeys were slowed down and apparently will be slowed down even more. Furthermore small fams will have it even harder to get a single GF, while big fams keep their advantage and even increase it.

We'll look at this like a math problem

Then we have that equal to omerta changes
Then we have past mistakes and how it got "fixed" worse than it was before

So as you can see, april first and fail changes may cancel out indeed. this list MAYBE hoax

DC for poker i like - means i dont get tempted.
GF CM is stupid if people want to do sister fams then let them, they still need the people in the family that will make them get 15 mil cp, this really just punishes the smaller families. I would like to see a cp requirement for cd back.
Family tax does nothing: people will just transfer to one member who works as a bank and will gain interest from putting the cash in his bank and can top up the family bank whenever it is needed.
Pay for kill skill seems like a good idea, but it should be more expensive than killing for KS. Killing for KS should imo give more ks than it currently does (including pre-shoots of bgs).
Lackeys ranking slower: dont slow them down too much or else we have scripts again, and whilst I do lackey, I wont script.
Fam limit I like, if you want more less powerful families (rather than more, more powerful and want to even things up) then I suggest making it harder for families to expand their hq. e.g. have more ranking levels for a family so that they start with 10 members and then it goes 10, 20, 30, 40 etc. Just an idea that needs working on... It means version is less predicatble and likely to be locked because there are more families to unlock it.
DC bought on obay, dont mess around with this. If people want to manually rank then they will, dont make it more expensive.
Real player bg for don, I hope that the don's bg is visible and it shouldnt be some nooby empty suit that as soon as the war starts goes safehouse so that the godfather can shoot some low rp brugs whilst not being shot. If this is possible of it being empty suit, then all gf needs to do is send that account to sh for 10 hours and then go sh thereself for like 14 hours, set a new bg and shoot again
Kill lackey, I like because it should be exactly the same as an online player. So that dets are sent to targets and targets are shot at with pre-set amounts of bullets. Only problem i can think of is how villa/'strength of online accounts' will work if a person is offline while in bed/at work.
