All that says is they decided to create a massive block before they even really knew that the competition would be.
Combining big fams leads to big fams, creating blood-pacts before a reset doesn't change that?
Or was it a gamble because maybe just maybe conflict would only have 5 rankers or something?
People can create pacts all they want, thats within their right. Just dont justify it by saying 'well we did it before the version even started, you should have tried harder!!'.
If you combine several topfams from .nl, then blood a few other massive powerhouses such as Conflict your bound to end up with the strongest side.
Only thing positive may be that these so called resetpacts never work out, they didnt work out on .nl this version, didnt work out on .dm last version and wont work out now. Sure they may stick together for a while but eventually something snaps and the whole castle collapses.

Look at the bloods DIG had last vers even in the begin of the vers back then they had kurosawa but by some troubles they deblooded. There is not much difference in size comparing with dig had in earlier versions.
