I think the amount of bullets you have make your account stronger, and benefit you in the KA.

for a normal brug, after loosinbg the bg's, the account turns to shit, so no need to collect 1m bullets...
The point he is making that the amount of bullets you have affect the strength of your account, wether you have bg's or not is irrelevant
